Order 1997 National Resources Inventory
(Revised December 2000)

Thank you for your interest in the 1997 NRI database. This form may be used to order a CD-ROM containing the 1997 NRI Data. For a technical description of the CD-ROM contents, see 1997 NRI Data contents and system requirements. The data can be ordered by completing the following form and submitting online or mailing the form to:

For each CD-Rom of 1997 NRI Data (Revised December 2000) there will be a cost of $50. Remittance may be in the form of:

1. cashier check
2. personal check
3. non-government purchase order
4. USDA Agencies: do not process an AD-838, Purchase Order. NRCS will bill on an AD-742. Please provide a Financial Management contact and address where billing should be sent.
5. Non-USDA Agencies: NRCS will bill through OPAC. Please provide an ALC (Agency Location Code). Financial Management contact, and address where a copy of the billing should be sent.

If using an AD-838, Purchase Order or OPAC Agency Location Code, provide a Financial Management Contact, phone number and address that a copy of billing can be sent to in the "Form of Remittance" space. The NRCS tax ID is 72-0564834. Please make checks payable to USDA-Natural Resources Conservation Service.

Shipment of data will follow receipt of payment.

Instructions: When you have filled out the form to your satisfaction, click on the "Mail Order" button at the bottom. You should receive an email verification of your order within one to two business days.
